You are entirely responsible and liable for all of your activities on the Site via the VideoChat provided to you and otherwise conducted through your purchase and or Chat. Please note that, as a user of the Site you may not permit any other person use of your user name. Your purchase, username and password (Login), may not be assigned or transferred to any other person or entity. You must promptly notify WebsFinest.com of any apparent breach of security, such as loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure or use of a username or password. Charges, Billing and Payments
WebsFinest.com has no basic fee for membership to the WebsFinest.com Site. However, certain Services and other features on the Site will cost money. The applicable rates, method of payment and duration are determined as described on the each Girls page at the location from which you initiate communication with a particular Girl. Our VideoChat prices are charged on a per show basis not per-minute and agreed upon by both you and the Girl during chat and prior to accessibility of the Video portion of our site "Girls Live WebCam" The Terms of Service for the sale will be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of Florida. You agree that any legal dispute involving any purchase and/or site related services must take place in State courts in Brevard County, Florida. You (and you alone) shall be responsible for all charges associated with using WebsFinest.com services.
Refunds and Credits:
WebsFinest.com may provide credits or refunds to users under certain extreme circumstances. In particular for connection problems that may occur from time to time.
In the event that a refund is issued, ALL refunds will be made by crediting the credit card that was used to make the original purchase.
If you purchase a WebCam Show from a Girl that is not available on the Site, you will not be entitled to any refunds, so please be sure to contact the Girl prior to making any purchases.
NO refunds will be made by cash or check.
